　I unconsciously throw the controller I’m holding at the unexpected development.
The game which already reached the ending is playbacking a beautiful animation even without direction from me.

“This is the true end of the Kousuke-chan route.”

　My friend sitting on the sofa chuckles while thrusting the merciless reality before me.
I turn my head behind and raise a voice of protest at that obviously amused voice.

“It’s strange. This isn’t a true end. This character, obviously likes the villain, not the heroine right?”
“Un. I think so too… For now, watch properly since you made it to the ending at great pains.”

　Boo boo, when I complain, she points at the television screen with a “Look”.
The villain disappears there, and there are the figures of the heroine tormented with a feeling of loss and a revived capturable target.

As they do, a long black hair girl passes by there.
The two inside the screen turn to that girl at the same time, and give a small sigh simultaneously.

　The ending finishes with the two’s gentle and soft… and slightly heartrending smile.

He’s a character written as “A mysterious prince-sama” in the instruction manual.

　When I stretch saying ”I’m not gaming anymore”, my friend raises a voice “Eh!”
I casually turn my head while answering to that voice.

“Cause, it feels like the end is going to make me vexed again anyway. Should a game be that way?”
“About that, it’s fun to find out various secrets when you play various routes.”
“Nah, I’m good. And I really have no motivation to capture this prince.”

　If I play this game anymore, there’s no knowing how many times I’ll throw the controller away.
In the first place why am I even playing an otome game.

　Now I call out not to the friend who brought the game, but to the friend reading manga.

　Anyway, the otome game my friend had me play was weird.
I thought it was a simpler game where love is whispered and the heroine becomes happy.
Who knew, the heroine’s friend is the villain, and disappears in the end…
I think the villain is pitiful but, well she’s the villain, it can’t be helped.
However, shouldn’t that heroine become happier?
It seems like there are various other routes, it’ll be nice if unlike this kind of slightly heartrending ending, she truly laughs from the bottom of her heart in the other routes, I think.

“If only the heroine’s here.”
